SynForce Green NLGI #1, made with next-generation Schaeffer technology, surpasses the performance of calcium sulfonate and calcium sulfonate complex base greases. This extreme pressure, multi-purpose grease is designed to withstand the harsh conditions of intense working environments. With outstanding results in the four-ball wear test, SynForce Green effectively protects metal surfaces from wear under extreme pressure, high heat, and shock loads.

As operating conditions become more severe, SynForce Green demonstrates exceptional mechanical and shear stability, as well as resistance to water washout. Enhanced with synthesized moly for an added layer of protection, this grease significantly reduces friction, minimizing wear and lowering contact area temperatures. It is recommended for use in various applications, including anti-friction bearings, Babbitt bearings, pins and bushings, fifth wheels, chassis points, automotive wheel bearings, and electric motor bearings.

SynForce Green boasts an operating temperature range from -10 degrees F to 350 degrees F. It meets approvals and specifications from various organizations such as US Steel, Cat, MIL-G, Case IH, John Deere, New Holland, Komatsu, Timken, Ford, GM, and Chrysler. The grease offers excellent extreme pressure and load-carrying capabilities, with a four-ball E.P. weld point exceeding 800 kgs.
